Once your order is submitted, we receive an email notifying us. As soon as we can, we start the design process, which includes sending you updates and drafts for you to approve/disapprove. Once you are satisfied with the design, we will email you an invoice. Once payment is received, we begin working the leather. Once the tooling is completed, we move on to prep, paint and finishing. We want to ensure your purchase is of the highest quality, so allow time for paint drying, sealant drying/curing and tooling. Once it's completed, we package it and ship it to you!
We all work in public safety, on a 48/96 schedule. During our off days we will respond to messages and order requests from 9a-9p.
